Service Process
Customers consult about custom packaging services through our official channels. Our service consultants answer all questions patiently, initially understand customers' custom needs (including packaging category, specification, process, budget, delivery time, etc.) and record core information.
Combining with customers' needs, the exclusive consultant and our design team work out the initial custom scheme (including design draft, specification parameters, process details, quotation and delivery cycle), supporting drawing/sample-based customization communication. We adjust the scheme in close communication with customers until it is confirmed and finalized with signatures.
After scheme confirmation, a formal custom contract is signed to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, scheme details, payment terms and delivery requirements. Customers pay the advance payment in accordance with the contract to initiate the subsequent production process.
In accordance with the finalized scheme, the production process is launched with professional production equipment. A dedicated person tracks the production progress throughout the process and provides regular feedback to customers to ensure the process proceeds as planned.
After production, professional quality inspectors conduct multiple strict quality checks to ensure products meet quality and customization standards. After passing the inspection, customers are notified for acceptance, and logistics delivery is completed as agreed. Customers pay the balance after confirming the products are satisfactory.
Conduct professional after-sales follow-up visits after delivery, answer customers' questions about usage and warehousing, and timely solve problems arising during packaging transportation and use to eliminate customers' worries.
